General
> The Steelco ATS has been developed for CS departments
where time and manpower is critical. It reduces rack
handling for loading and
unloading to a minimum.

The system operates simple. The ATS travels along the front of a number of
washers. It picks up racks on the
loading position and loads it fully
automatically into the next available washer without any user interference.

The necessary wash cycle is automatically selected either by barcode reading
or by rack identification.

On the unloading side the ATS picks up the rack at the washer which
cycle is
completed and brings the rack to the
unloading position

The Steelco ATS can be extended
on either side with any conveyor system
or with additional pre-wash or
ultrasonic modules
on the loading side.
